Blobscape version 0.9.1: Insert cold-related pun here

Hello!

We've added ice blocks, which function as follows:

• They have no friction.
• They do not refresh a player's jumps.
• You will get cold the longer you stay on them.
• Get cold enough, and you'll take damage.

Finally, some ice you can enjoy!

We've also added glass blocks, which let you peer through to other areas of the level.
